Our ultimate goal is to create a seamless plan with beautiful functional outdoor areas for you and your family. 

All our designs are based on customers input, site evaluations, and proper horticultural practices. Some of the items we focus on are, seasonal interest, area usage and proper placement of materials. We charge a nominal fee to initially come out to your location. The fee covers the cost of fuel and travel. We meet with you to discuss the possibilities. After the initial meeting, the physical design process commences. We take perimeter digital photographs of the design areas and require a copy of your plat of survey. Payment of one half of the separate design charge is due at this time. The other half will be due when the finish design is presented. Our design rates are typically hundreds of dollars less then what others charge for the same scope of work. Please contact us now to get started.

Master Landscape Designs - We design a full plan for the property. Some of the areas we focus on, are, plant beds, trees, screening of undesirable views, turf areas, usage areas, hardscape footprints, and flow. This type of plan allows for installation to be done all at once or in steps as needed. The advantage for the customer is a cohesive design when completed.

New or Existing Construction Designs - (Any size project) Priced according to size and scope of project.

Existing Landscapes Consultations - We charge a fee to walk your property with you, to identify what should stay, what should go and what needs help. This is a comprehensive walk through dealing with all exterior issues. Includes advice on turf, plants, hardscapes, area usage, and drainage. There is no further obligation, although some customers follow up this consultation with an agreement to do a master landscape design.

Existing Landscape Design Review - We charge a fee to analyze existing Landscape Designs for feasibility, artistic vision, proper plant selection, exposure, maintenance and seasonality. This program is helpful for those who have a plan but are not totally comfortable with it.
